Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days from the order date. Please allow another 7-10 days for order to ship.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • We offer free shipping domestic (US) shipping and flat rate shipping for our Canada and Cayman Clients.
  • Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are:
    • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • For international shipping, delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please allow up to ten days for delivery.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • USPS
  • FEDEX
  • DHL

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to the Cayman Islands and Canada
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with their order. These charges are set by the destination country and are not covered by She's Elite Hair Co.
