A standard 24-48 hour processing time is required on all orders. This processing time frame may be extended due to sales or holidays. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Please review your order carefully and ensure that your shipping address is correct as this may result in delays.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order,please fill out our contact form and an Elite Hair Company Brand Ambassador will be sure to assist.You can also email us at hello@sheselitehair.com. Be sure to include your order number in all correspondences.
Orders cannot be changed or modified neither can they be cancelled for full refunds.We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products.
We pride ourselves with providing our clients with top quality 100% virgin and raw hair.If you receive hair that is damaged, defective, or materially different, please report this to us by emailing hello@sheselitehair.com for us to start the process of exchange. In order for an exchange to be possible,product must be in its original condition. An exchange will not be made if product has been unraveled, co-washed, or manipulated in any manner from its original state.
