FREE SHIPPING TO THE USA AND CANADA ON ALL ORDERS

24-48 hrs processing time is mandatory for all orders.
SHIP TIMES VARY ACCORDING TO THE CATEGORY OF WIG YOU'VE PURCHASED.TURN AROUND AND SHIP TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 
1. Factory Direct Wigs  - 4 to 5 working days (DHL/Fed ex) for international customers , 24 HRS for delivery in the Cayman Islands.
2. Affordable Ready to wear wigs - 10 working days (Priority mail) for international customers, 3 days for delivery in the Cayman Islands
3. Luxury ready to wear wigs - 10 working days (Priority mail) for international customers,3 days for delivery in the Cayman Islands

We ship internationally to the USA ,Canada and Jamaica only at this time.
We are not responsible for any customs duties levied when the package reaches your country. 
We offer local delivery in the Cayman Islands, George Town to Bodden Town only between the hours of 10AM and 6PM Monday to Saturday. You will be contacted to arrange delivery time if your order is to be delivered in the Cayman Islands.

 

 Please note that international orders are not shipped on weekends. Please review your order carefully and ensure that your shipping address is correct as this may result in delays. 

We are also not responsible for any delays due to natural disasters and similar circumstances outside our control.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Once a tracking number is provided, please ensure you make the necessary arrangements to receive the package. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages as a result of customer unavailability. Please track your order periodically.

You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 days of placing your order, please fill out our contact form and a member of our team will be sure to assist.

Orders cannot be changed or modified neither can they be cancelled for full refunds. We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products.

We pride ourselves with providing our clients with top quality products. If you receive hair that is damaged, defective, or materially different, please report this to us by emailing hello@sheselitehair.com for the matter to be looked into.

In order for an exchange to be possible ,product must be in its original condition. An exchange will not be made if product has been unraveled, co-washed, or manipulated in any manner from its original state.
